FixCCC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FixCCC mobile application (the "App"), a community maintenance coordination tool for reporting issues, scheduling work parties, and tracking volunteer participation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Your name and email address, provided when you are invited or register.
- Profile information: Role (e.g. co-chair, volunteer), skills, and family/child name as assigned by administrators.
- Content you submit: Photos, voice descriptions, and text notes when you report a maintenance issue or log work hours.
- Usage data: App activity such as tasks assigned to you, RSVPs, and notifications.
- Device data: Push notification tokens if you enable notifications.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and community role.
- To display and coordinate maintenance tasks, work parties, and volunteer hours.
- To send in-app, email, and push notifications about tasks relevant to your role.
- To maintain records of completed work for cohort reporting.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the App.
4. How We Share Your Information
Your information is visible to authorized community administrators and, where relevant to coordination, to other members (for example, the name of the person assigned to a task or who logged hours). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the community.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the Settings screen or by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account directly within the App under Settings, or contact us at ziznay@gmail.com to exercise your privacy rights.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adult community members and volunteers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
